Hi falco, i got my Cosmo over from Japan and the guys at J-Spec Imports did all the hard work all i had to do was go pick it up when it got to AU. So much stuff has to be done in Japan before it can even leave. There flat rate charge is about 1k but i dont know what the deal is for NZ but these guy'...

Matt, you will need to be carefull with the spacers going to far as it puts shit loads more load on your wheel nuts and they can snap. We try not to go anymore than 10-14 mm at most on the Mazda's we have done and this has been for race track mostly :shock: as in AU its not legal to run them on the ...

Your shocks are up shit creek, wheels are not staying on the ground at all times so it make's the car become unstable. Need to find new shocks.

Sorry madmini, i have that T2 that glenn was talking about that has the bigger turbo on it. It was not a hks unit its a greddy TD04, external hks wastegate, adaptor to use this setup on the standard manifold with trust boost controller with the hks f-con.

Yeah i have the HKS F-Con and yep it has the same probs run rich at idle but working on way to tune it out.

Turbocab, you should be looking for between 13.0 to 14 volts under charge too much more than this like if it gets into the 15's it might start getting hot. You might have to just bring the revs up past idle to get the alt to kick in to full charge. Hope this helps

Hey turbocab, i know you have sorted the prob but the batt leaking acid everywhere is a pain. Just for a check put a multimeter across your batt to see what sort of charge the alternator is putting out just incase its overcharging a little and getting the batt a little hot. Just a check
