Re: what oil filter??

Hi Turbos,

I always try to get at least a 15W-50, or 20w-60 and always change oil and filter every 5k.  I haven't used synthetic because of the cost.  Admittedly, if you used synthetic, nobody would know that my stem seals leak at idle.

Regards,
Campbell

Re: Clutch

I'm a bit hazy on this, but I'm pretty sure that the T2 clutch is the same as that in the 1500 Civic.  I got the exchange City clutch kit and nothing fitted.  But we were at a car club "service" day and someone else was doing a swap on their Civic.  Their old clutch went into my City, and ...

Re: whos up in Brisbane?

Hi Turbo Jockeys, Remember that there have been a number of Turbos in the local Honda Club over the years.  Still a couple active.  And our February meeting is on Monday (10th), at the Sport Aircraft Association Club rooms in Beatty Road at Archerfield (just in the main entrance, just south of Kerry...

Re: lights on digital speedo

Ok guys, the news is not good here.  The plastic that the bulbs are mounted in is rubbish.  If you've run the instrument lights at full illumination it cooks the plastic making it brittle and the bulbs really will just fall out.  I had to solder in jumper leads and secure the bulbs with rubber bands...
