That original site has gone now, but I found a link to a download of the same manual:

Hey mate if you email me the photos I can chuck them up somewhere if you want.

My email is in my profile.

Sad to see a long time owner getting out of the game!

Cool idea, cutting is probably your only affordable option for lowering. You could probably sort something a bit better out with a grinder and a welder - making some larger strut casings, but I don't know if you'd get it road legal in Aus? http://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/c120.0.403.403/p4...

Your new rims might have center bore inserts, it would be crazy if they are too small for a Honda, as they have a pretty small center bore.

As for brands, I've only used cheap ones and they have been fine. They generally only have one moving part so they aren't complicated.

Almost certainly a specialized part, you might be able to track the part number down and check though.

See part numbers for NZ/Aus New Pro-T here:

Re-solder your main relay, you might have two faulty ones.

You get shorter shocks so you can go lower and keeps your springs captive. Spring pre-load isn't very important. You can safely run with zero pre-load.

Depends how much you want to spend as to what you can do.

This is a good guide to doing a decent job on the cheap:

Its not Honda-specific, so you will have to find some different inserts that work.

There are lowering springs on Yahoo Japan otherwise you are doing something custom.

I did some more research and the taper is actually there to maintain velocity across the ports. If you think about it, there is less air after each runner so it needs to be in less space to maintain the same velocity. http://josephrinek.com/intakemanifold.html http://www.amsperformance.com/pdfs/inta...

Already welded most of the front stuff while I was doing the engine bay, could have done a few more but it will burn the paint off the floor on the inside - will have a look.
