It will run quite OK without the vac advance, just unplug the two hoses, mark positions first, and plug them with a small bolt to stop vacuum leaks. Would suggest you go back to square one and start again with ignition timing, the mark on the flywheel must be at TDC on cylinder "ONE" remem...

You can buy a gadget that fits in the aerial lead that "warps the waves" and allows the Japanese radios work on Australian frequencies. Frequency indicator reads 20 different to actual frequency. Have one in my T11. My Honda Today had a radio that sounds like the one you describe, will try...

Bigelboe, there seems to be one set for below the head which covers all models, ProT, carbie Combax, and turbo Combax. It doesn't have gaskets for the Turbo to sump drain but does have water pump and oil pump gaskets. The Head up set must be for the Turbo,(could be 3 different sets of these) has man...

Head gasket is the same but tappet cover, manifold, throttle body, and exhaust gaskets are different. They are made by AA Gaskets in Melbourne for NZ ...

In Australia it's an offence to let the gas into the atmosphere, has to be removed by a refrigeration mechanic. There is a relay/valve/something that adjusts the idle when air-con is turned on, not sure what you do with that.

The mould is what you make from the original piece and is it's opposite. The mould is then used to fabricate the new part. Many new pieces can be made from the mould provided it is used and protected properly. The life of the replacement part will depend on the build quality and how well it is prote...

They both come from the same bottle but via two different pumps. A problem with the back one is that it doesn't get a lot of use so the line tends to get cloged and it's not an easy thing to clean. It runs through the roof so when the water evaporates, any sediment is left in the line and dries out.
