Hey one thing you may want to do is change the N/A City oil pump to a Turbo one as they are abit bigger, also i heard block guards can cause heat spotting at the top of the bore but i guess if you want to make power then its needed. Any progress on the build?

17.11.2014 - Test & thrash engine dropped a cylinder, number 3 most likely as that was the one that has been giving problems.

Looks like i wont be going to this years events as what ever was going wrong with number 3 cylinder doesn't matter now as it blew its arse today so yeah i'll strip engine down over the weekend coming to see how big the hole is in the piston haha. I still managed to drive it home 18k away though, fun...

Would not the t2 have a wider track than prot and t1 therefore different length shafts? It does have a wider track, but where the shafts go into the gearbox is wider, so the shaft lengths are the same, just positioned out further. The inner CV positions on all city gearboxes are the same from my ex...

Na mate they are 10mm longer for T2's, I messured between T1 & T2. I believe the City Cabriolet also use longer shafts like T2 but i have not tested this.
