well it is sort of a look up table.. for example: I have a constant array called Boost[]; Boost[] holds the start "y" value for every bar, and the actual boost level corresponds to a position in the graph ie at 50% boost we'll be half way through the array. The Start X value for the first ...

Goes to a boost / vac line after the throttle body, Probably the same line you will use for your boost gauge.

THe idea is to build up boost and then when the throttle body closes, there is now vac pulling the piston up (through that tube), and therefore venting the excess boosted air.

Goodluck.

Yeah I used labview at uni, was impressed but never had to use it in real life, never really got the full labView experience... My RS232 communications protocol is yet to be written, was thinking a basic lookup tabel for what type of data ie: 0 RPM 1 I_Duty 2 E_Temp etc.. with a recognisable end of ...

Re: Gearbox oil to use?

Pretty sure I put a Motul synthetic equiv. in my first Turbo 2, helpd the gearchanges VERY much, made the box change quicker and feel better, I'd recommend it.

Re: Got me another city

Yeah I got the performance grind..  I can't imagine it would have much guts down low with a perfromance cam grind and only 1.2L worth of motor trying to compensate... sounds like you've had a coupla issues.. although I guess once fixed it'll be right for quite a while.

Re: Got me another city

Black Betty has gone to CHupa...  I bought a intercooler for it, but never got round to fitting it..  he's since had it fitted and the inlet manifold modified for feed from the top... as far as I know she's running perfect.. I think he even took it to the drags a couple of times..  anyways it was a ...
