Yeah, that rust is pretty bad, and i can imagine that if it's that bad on just the bonnet, it's only going to be worse in all the normal areas (front strut towers, rear passenger windows, along rain gutter).

Are you trying to get a new vacuum advance or new hoses? If you are just after the hoses then any vacuum line will work (there isn't anything special about them).
