Re: GT4 - Released today! :)
I bought a PS2 & GT4 pack from the warehouse just to play this game. Here's a hint though... Don't buy the T2 straight away, you'll be incredibly disapointed and spend far too long trying to make enough money to upgrade it to a drivable state. I did this and have wasted about 2 days on it. ...

Re: City turbo Buyers guide??
Hi, I got my first T1 for $80, it was in good condition apart from a stuck waistegate. My current T2 i got for $750 and have spent a couple of thousand painting and replacing factory wheels. I think the biggest thing to look out for is rust. It's everywhere in these cars, especially around the ar...

Re: New infobase?
it has the option to lock pages so they can't be edited by anyone but an admin, it also has the option for change logs and rollbacks based on compared changes. This is useful if someone makes a mistake. No-one can delete pages so there will always be a traceable rollback to a valid version of the p...

Re: New infobase?
I'm pretty sure that we can theme the wiki to the same state as the other parts of the site. The main thing is to figure out whether people want to use something like this. All pages within the wiki can be edited by anyone, if you want to contribute you can register for a username and password in t...

Re: New infobase?
Yep, i want to know the negatives as well. Some background information: This infobase is a wiki using the same technology that wikipedia uses. All content in wikipedia is considered to be open source and therefore can be copied at will (you can even download their entire database). I have therefor...

New infobase?
We're testing a new infobase and would like to guage everyone's reaction to it. It doesn't have all the current infobase information loaded into it at the moment, but there seems little point until we figure out whether it's going to be worthwhile. There are some real benefits of changing to the ne...

Re: back fire
From infobase...
My primera used to pop and fart and backfire when i was decelerating because the timing was hell advanced... So either your timing is way out of check above.
Code 8 (light 8 lit) TDC sensor - open / shorted wiring or disconnected - irregular idle speed, poor pick up
