I had the exact same problem with my T2. I never found out what the problem was though  :'( Everything to stop it from happening was there; VL fuel pump, GT40 coil, Glenn's FCD. I didnt know what the problem could be. It was only running 15psi too. Battery was mounted in the back, so no problem ther...

I think previous owner to the guy selling, changed the engine. Maybe... Get a safety cert (if you can in Russia) so you can register  :-/

And yeah, After all the welding, as I only had access to an ARC welder (my trusty MIG was over on the South Side of Brisbane) I blew holes all over the place (too much power ((amps))  suppose). Bloody crap. That is why my City is off the road, because it will never pass a safety inspection. I failed...
