Definately sounds like a blown headgasket.. Are you even running an intercooler? 30psi is ALOT of boost for a standard motor.  It's probably a good idea to lower the boost even more so that you dont do anymore damage while its not running right.

Try giving Scott at Honda Care a ring, he's the best person to see about citys in Brisbane..

A cooler that big is pretty useless if only a small part of it is getting decent airflow. Once it heats up it will take longer to cool it back down, and you just get more lag too.

That light comes up when the ECU is throwing an error code.  So check the ECU for error codes(its under the drivers seat).

Actually you're wrong, it isnt 15.8psi - 0.85 kilogram-force/square centimeter = 12.0898418 pound/square inch [absolute] A while ago just for a bit of fun I pulled off the vac line that goes to the boost controller and it boosts up hard till boost cut. The boost controller does seem to smooth it out...

What price are you after for the motor?
