Lowing springs wont get it under 100mm, wont even get it close to that unless you have 4 people in the car.

No different then any other turbo car that runs a map sensor.
Fit it in the piping somewhere between TB and turbo.
Tap vacuum line from somewhere after TB.

It should be sweet. If your using crome just use the cylinder offset adjustment and start with 1.04 in that cylinder then when on the dyno play with the fuel either way and see where it makes more power. Unless of you hook a wideband up to each runner in the exhaust so you can tune them sepratly or ...

Would of thought it would be blue smoke if its steam seals. Thats how a few of my engines were with valve steam seal problems. White smoke is normally coolant or misture from hole in exhaust allowing it to gather in the muffler. So if you have a exhaust leak it could be that. And may be worth giving...

Best place for the turbo is to have the BOV as close to the TB as possible.
Altho I personally always stick them before the inter cooler since its better to dump the hot air then have spent all that time cooling it just for it to be dumped.

It will be lose from where it joins the linkage and selector.
The bitch pin will be lose on either one of them, Its common for the linkage hole to be a little bit bigger from failed removal attempts.

lol,
Really depends on what engine you have.
D13 will fit some D15 non-vtec stuff but hang a little lower.
But if its a ER then good luck, Might get lucky and find some old school mugen stuff.

Iv got a build log of it over in nzh in the blog section. But here is the jist. Got a Auto EG8 for free that had been crashed. Box and block were stuffed from being crashed. So got a D13B block and used the D15b vtec head on it. Then paired that to a s20 b000 gearbox with factory D16 vtec stuff I go...
