Wanted To Buy City Turbo , Need help

I am a newbie and just kinda tripped and found myself here . I live in Philly in the USA . I want a City Turbo so bad. What are the chances of me landing one here in the states? Does anyone know of any contacts that are in the US that might have one? Also as far as shipping one here what do you think it will cost? And I see the prices here eg. 2000 ono what does that translate in US dollars. Any help in this matter will be greatly apreciated. And if I in turn can hook you up with leads or parts from here I will do so . Thanks
