Sorry guys, this car has been keeping me out of trouble and providing me with hours of pleasure. I dont know what I was thinking when I decided to sell it, although given a good enough offer anythings for sale eh. Since the last pics I've pulled it to bits and am now trying to work a deal with the local panel beater to weld some patches into it. If I can afford it I'd like it seam welded and rust treated. Im also experimenting with weight reduction, removing the air conditioning, heater, back seat, sound deadener and anything else I can think of to make it weigh less. My father wants me to sell it and buy an MG. :(

Sorry dude, the paddock car ended up in the crusher, much to my discust. You wouldn't have wanted it anyway, it was only a pro turbo and had rust holes big enough to climb through if you didn't feel like using the door.

Still got the T2 in the picture above but would feel guilty about swapping it unless you have a mig to fix the rust.

What year is the car your wanting to swap? How many Ks on it? Is it reliable? Am considering it for my girlfriend.

I mean to give to my girlfriend. I dont want a car as my girlfriend... Hang on, if you want I can through her in with the T2. Shes 29, comes with a 3 year old and a bad attitude. ;D

Sounds good, were the radiator hoses replaced before or after the old ones wore out? What I'm trying to say is has the motor been over heated or anything? Sorry, now I'm being picky.  Don't know much about V6 Legends but I supose I can learn.

Where are you? Do you want me to take more photos? I've taken everything off it except the wheels, glass and motor.

Took the interior door trims off for the first time last weekend and was very happy to not find any rust or other nasties. ;D

If you want a doner car for parts, theres one in Paeroa. If you need assistance due to your lack of mobility, I'm willing to help.

Do you have access to a trailor? This would save me having to re-fit the steering column and brake booster, however, steering and brakes are all it needs and it would be driveable again.

While I've been waiting for a buyer, I've been happily working away at the T2. Unfortunately I no longer have access to a lifting chain to get the motor out but other than that, shes pretty much stripped and ready for anyone with a welder and a reasonable cash offer who wants it. Remember bussiness is bussiness and the first person with cash who can pick it up gets it.

By the way, does anyone know of a cheep crx (any year any condition) preferably still registered or on hold. I may swap.

Sorry dude, turn your back for five minutes and tada, some bastard comes along and puts all your spare parts through the crusher.
