you shouldnt have any problems with rego, car looks stock and only has bolt on mods. I doubt they would do a HP test to check roadworthy.

Is it registered as a Turbo or just as Honda City .
Anything that is not likely to make them query its roadworthyness coming from interstate

its registered as a honda city, couldnt see turbo on the rego papers.

Regency don't check for power! It has the standard type engine that came out in the car. If it has an exposed pod or blow off valves that exit to atmosphere then they can ping you under EPA. Same if it is too loud. Unlikely to be too loud. Rims too big can get up some officers but none of these things can't be dealt with for an inspection.

I have had quite serious cars road registered legally, just be nice and sensible.
