Elizabeth auto Wreckers in Adelaide usually have a city or two in there, I bought a seat a while back. I had to get new seat belts and have it certified and change the rego to a sedan (instead of van) I also had to have mounting points for child seat even though I am past the breeding age. Not sure what your rules are but if someone ever got injured in the back without approved seating you could be right in IT. I'm not mobile at the moment but give them a call and if they have one I may be able to check condition for you if you want.

Dear Hazchem,
I have an 82 T1 turbo rear seat complete with hinges I have stripped down and rebuilt with some tetty to lift the sagging textile coverings.
Fabric is charcoal and vermillion. Smeared fishoil disctreetly on the tinware and frame inside.
reasonable condition, some minor mould spotting, I have washed stripped coverings throughly in the bath. A ciggy burn on vynl at one side, some UV damage to top of black charcoal back rest in middle.
I spent some time on it as a spare for my T1 project.
The seat is for sale !
I am in Dunedin NZ.
Please contact me either via site or my email [email protected]
