T1 Project car (in Perth)

My City T1 project car is up for grabs because I don't have the time to finish it.

Low K Japanese import engine/turbo fitted (run by me about 100k) from a T2 (no intercooler though
Stripped back to metal/ primer/ some panel work done
All parts are there plus original engine/turbo.

Needs:

Paint
Brakes
Left side CV's and ball joint
otherwise drove very well.
some rust in firewall, hatch roof.

Unlicenced (obviously)

Getting a less ambitious project car such as a Celica Gt-4 or Mazda MX-5 (well one that doesn't need paint).

Spent 4k so far, make me an offer
