Carpet- interested,  mine is good but a few bald bits starting.any non production holes? Prepared to offer $20 if it is good?

No none of thats delivered. $20 for the carpet is a little to low as its in mint conditon will have to get it out of storage and have a look at it.

The engine with head off::::: whats the history IE what happened to make the valves burn out. Is the head gasket blown ???Bore square or???

Ill get back to you on the price for the carpet.

I brought the engine as is. It was running rough at the time. But was not using any water. Block looks good. Don't know why it burnt the vavles. But the turbo was going good on it when we pulled it out of the car.

Ok the (red) carpet is $50 +$5 for courier it is in mint condition.

Also I have examined the last update for the interchangability for T1-T2 cant find block or pistons ???

Would the T1 block and pistons, gudgeons fit a T2 motor that has been  put in my T1 body?

I could be interested in thia as it may be a quick cure for my ills if the parts could be interchanged.

Don't know about the block, It might not be cost effective for you ship it they arent light.  And its not worth shipping. You will have to do a bit of work to it. Suggest you look somewhere else.

You can put a T1 head on a T2 block. I am not sure if anyone has tried to swap just the bottom end over...
