Just use a N/A City gearbox from a 'City-E' as they are easy to find & are cheaper, not sure how long it will last but it doesn't matter when you can get them cheap, im running 70+wkw on a City-E box without anything major going wrong. Make sure you use the City-E flywheel, clutch & starter aswell otherwise you will run into problems as the City-E gearbox takes a bigger diameter flywheel & clutch setup similar to a T2. There are only a couple differences between the 2 boxes, City-E has taller 2nd,3rd & 4th gears than the turbo box & the speedo cable is in a totally different location but it just fits past the turbo. 105kph 2nd gear, 155kph 3rd gear & 210kph 4th gear for City-E box on rev limit (6650rpm), i prefer these ratios.

If you are looking for 5speed gear box with clutch and flywheel i think it is not to tough job because we have lots of automobile shop available in the market which provide all parts of your vehicles including gear box or you can search it online store which also provide all parts in cheap price so you get it in less price.
