Wanted to buy turbo engine, parts/car please help!

Hey guys been reading the forum a while, I'm basically after a honda city turbo
Engine, gearbox, ecu ect. Or rusted up t1 or 2 Don't know my chances?
I'm in Melbourne, so any thing from aus and nz!
