1983 Honda City Pro Non turbo

Hi everyone
I have a very reliable Honda City, I’m the 3rd owner I bought off an older gentleman, it has NO RUST, surprising but it has none. I believe it has been treated for rust prevention.
Engine, gearbox and body great, generally it is a very good car and is registered for a few months.
Would be a great car to convert with turbo City engine (rust is normally half the battle to get a good City with turbo, all you need in this case is a turbo engine and gearbox conversion and you're off) or just cheaply drive around as it is.
I’m in Sydney, inspections welcome.
