[VIC] Honda City Turbo 2

Have a very original white 1987 Honda City Turbo 2.
Complete car with factory sunroof though it is missing the rear bumper. Car is very straight otherwise.
The car was last registered in 2010, and has not been driven since. It drove beautifully before we no longer required it. Has been in the family for over 15 years.
I recently put in a new battery to see if it'll still start, it cranks, and has spark but won't turn over. I suspect the fuel pump as I can't hear it prime on ignition. May be a fuse or a fault in the pump.
The car is located in Melbourne, inspections are welcomed as are interstate buyers.
