want to buy Honda City Turbo 2 with rego or blueslip

Hey guys and girls, Im new to honda city turbos, and I hear they are a very good car, Im interested in getting one that has Rego or atleast a blue slip preferably no rust and as little Km's as possible Im from NSW's and would be willing to travel up or down the east coast to get a good one for a good price. (I only have $2000 to get one rego'd and road worthy
