Convertible top help

so this cabriolet i recently bought is at the body shop getting ready to be restored. Since it is winter here (canada), i didn't want to fiddle with the top when it was outside. Now that its all warmed up, i tried to take the top down..... needless to say, i feel like a total tool, i couldn't do it. I unzipped the rear window, un hooked the latches, and started to peel it back, but somthing isn't right. Anybody have video on how to do it?
