Most transport companies have shipping containers to Aus (just give one of them a ring),

Make sure you know the weight and cube of the engine, before you ring.

The thing to make sure is that the engine is completly clean, ie no dirt/mud on it, otherwise MAF have a fit, but check with the shipping company first, you will need to drain all fluids from it including oil, because they don't want it leaking over other products in the container.
