hey im new here but ive got a dereg t1 in my shed the car is complete, had a new turbo before it blew a head gasket had new gasket put on hasnt been started since open to offers on this located in cambridge nz

Hey I might be intrested in having a look, as my T2 chassis is badly rusted in some aeras and will proabbly not be worth fixing unless i can get ney pannels for it:

What is the body like? Is there any rust problems with it?

Also how good are the tyres and the rest of the vehicles condition?

John, I have a spare cam cover at home if you are keen.

Its not painted (we stripped it to repaint it) but its easy enough to wack some VHT on it.

Sweet as, I am going home at the end of this week so I will sort it out then, do you want a seal for it? They will probably be tricky to get in the US, and they are a bit tricky to make out of gasket maker. Any other parts you need? Cause i can fit some stuff inside the cover.
