turbo motor into City Cab...

hi there there's City Cab in pretty good condition at a mechanic near me, been sitting there for a year or so doing nothing I was thinkiong about grabbing it cheap and throwing a City Turbo motor into it.

I know this has been done many many times before and would love some info on it please!!  what sort of mods required? anything to watch out for? email address of anyone who has done it..

of course I have tried searching.. I came up with a post about a dude wanting to put one into a Cab.. and keep it auto.. yay!!  I sent him a PM.. I only did 365 days though./. maybe there's some older ones.

As i Cab is built the same engine wise as any other NA city, then any of the many threads about NA -> Turbo conversions will apply.

^^ what he said.  There's been heaps, dont look cab specific.

Tony:  GOt your PM thanks for that.. I wasn't expecting to have a T1 or TII as a doner car I was hoping it would be possible with just an import motor but sounds like a lot of extra work required other than just that..  hmm.. I'll look around a bit and see what's out there..  not many complete City Turbo's around in Brisbane at the moment
