workshop manual
Re: workshop manual
Got it this morning
Re: workshop manual
It looks for by the demand from "Brendan".
It lasts several months, and I am searching for the second-hand bookshop and the net auction of various places.
Maybe, it will be possible to obtain it in a few days.
ps:
Please cooperate.

Re: workshop manual
Yes, there was never any English language version. And even the part number is in Japanese. But these numbers may be meaningful: 60PD100 for the Turbo and 60PD120 for the T2 supplement.
The engine section looks pretty normal. Same as any other Honda workshop manual.
Other than the stuff on the Intercooler and engine management, all incomprehensible, the supplement deals with the gearbox, front hubs, brake booster and AC compressor.
Happy hunting.

Re: workshop manual
As far as i can work out, i have most sections apart from the engine one. I have gearbox, PGM-FI, air con, full wiring and vacuum diagrams etc. But, it would be interesting to see what is actually in the Engine section and see if there is anything that we havent worked out already...
A translation of the PGM-FI section could also be useful...

Thank you for completing download.
[CITY of life] member's "oga" did this scanning work alone.
The index is made English. However, the content is Japanese.
Still, it wishes a useful thing for you.

Re: workshop manual
Yeah we'll probably just upload it to the site so you can browse through it. We are looking into scanning the images with character recognition software so we can convert it to english. Having said that, I'm not to hopefull that'll work!

Re: workshop manual
It assists in the translation work.
By the way, how about the plan said that this service manual is treated as open source, and it proceeds the translation work all over the world?

Re: workshop manual
You mean post it up on the site so anyone can have a crack at translating it? Sounds good to me
