Replica Bulldog racing aero kit

Postby tegracer » Thu Mar 03, 2005 9:26 pm

can someone with some japanese ask member Kazzee where I can source a fiberglass replica kit of the original city 2 bulldog aero racing kit

Kazee has one of these kits on his car and there are a few others on his site

If I can locate a supplier in Japan I will look at importing the parts and making a small number of copies if there is a demand

I think Kazzee's english is limited

I think Kazzee's english is limited to Babelfish. And as thats also the level of Japanese that anyone here speaks i think Babelfish is going to have to manag :-/

Hi tegracer,Colza

I molded the aero racing kit from original "Bulldog Racer Body" with fiberglass.

A gauge necessary for production has been entrusted to the companion who treats fiberglass now. He works alone, and doesn't progress easily.

I answer you as much as possible though I am using the translation site. Please
hear anything.

There is no problem even if it writes in English to BBS of "CITY of life". A lot of Japanese translate
your words on the translation site.

Guys if you are planning on talking to Kazzee you'll need to keep your english very simple

i.e. instead of saying

"hey you's wanna upload some piccies, bro?"

you would write

"Can you please upload some pictures of the bodykit"

This makes it easy for the translation - I think tegracer has the idea anyway.

I know this thread is a little old now, but I am also interested in getting one of these kits.

In fact, if I can't get the real thing i will be taking careful measurements and guesses from the photos and speaking to local fibreglassers (QLD).  Failing that, I will even try doing it myself.  I would probably pay up to $2500 for a fake one (hopefully a lot less), so I would really love to get my hands on a copy of Kazee's.

The beauty of this kit is that with a few slight mods it will even fit a ProT or turbo 1.

There is no kit for sale, turbocab has had one made in Japan, and had it shipped to him, if your desperate for one it might pay to talk to him, but your talking big $$$

This thread down the page a bit, goes into the details.

well the way its looking the kit will never be copied again.
no one else has the money or love for their car to make it happen, plus i dont know if i would dare risk my expensive kit making copies for people.
dont get me wrong ime not a rich man but when i was informed of the final chance for a body kit i made it happen at any cost by any means, hence why ime not out on a saturday night...i simply cant aford it,the kit has put me in debt for a while.

didnt mean to shut you down mate but you will need some serious cash to make it happen.
i would let the kit be copied but only by a profesional who can guarentee no damage.
what do you mean by sack the city to the scrapping ground?they are still an increadibly awesome car with or without a bodykit.
ps welcome to the forums
