How do you easily disconnect the speed warning beeper as it is starting to drive me CRAZY.
ANy advice would be greatly apricated.

Pull out the instrument cluster, its a few screws and shit, then find the little black thing with two wires going to it on the back of the cluster that looks like a beeper (will look kinda like this

and cut them, this is a bit abbrieviated but if you know much about anything you should be able to sort it out ;D

Shouldn't even need to pull out the cluster, just remove the top cover and its on the back of the cluster on the left hand side. I've done a few and normally just leave it in place and cut the black wire with a small pair of side cutters...

Haven't got round to disconnecting mine yet, but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, same with the factory turbo gauge, could this be related? ??? ???

Both things will be related to broken solder joints on the gauges, theres a post in the infobase i think about how to resolder your boost guage...

Finally got round to disconecting mine today and how simple do Honda make it to disconect, unplug two wires and your done.
Its amazing that I didn't see it the first time I had the dash apart-silly me ;D ;D
