Have solved the problem of rev hunting in my car today and boy am I one happy camper.
Replaced the Idle up assembly out of my parts car which had a mint condition idle up screw unlike the one on my T2 which was completely stuffed up by some idiot who screwed it in as far as it would go and stuffed the head.
I'll try to post a picture but can't get a clear one.

Re: Rev Hunting solved
I've solved the warm rev hunting problem but is their a way to get rid of the cold hunting.
It only rev hunts when it is cold and at cold idle about 2100rpm, after 20-30 seconds of hunting it idles nicely can I solve this problem as well or is it another problem that is hard to find the answer to?

Re: Rev Hunting solved
I would like to know how to remove the warm rev hunting between 800 and 900 constantly when idling at lights. Its extremely annoying.
