Looking through the Quaife web site in the UK, http://www.quaife.co.uk and they have a listing for a Honda Civic City.  They also show the measurements for the differential.  I have a second generation Civic.  The ring gear uses a 125mm ring gear bolt circle, while the City shows a 120mm ring gear bolt circle.  Can anyone tell me if the two different ring gears have the same outside diameter.  Can a City ring gear be used successfully with a second generation transmission.  Hope you can help.

This is a very important Questione. If that number from Quaife will work...and can still be had trom them...then we are in business!
There is simply NO point in creating a big HP monster Civic/City without an LSD to safely put the power on the road. Broken axles and broken trannies are the ultimate result otherwise.
