my city has shit it self evry time i start it its reving above 2500 and is staying on it all the time ne idears ?

A bit more description might help, sounds like boost cut to me tho. What mods have you got?

umm well its ideling at 2500 ish wen u turn it off it makes a huge sucking noise its not smoking n only mods on there is a pod i belive n a boost guage

how long have you left it running for?? because our car cold idles at 2500+....up to about 2600...after a min its starts to go down and by 4-5mins its at 1200ish.

By the sounds of it you have a massive vacuum leak, the sucking sounds give it away

hey its not the cold start because it just happend 1 day wen i started it hot i thought it was a vacum leak im geting a mechanic to chek it out in the next few days

Sounds very much like a manifold vacuum leak.

Over revs on idle or rev hunting is almost always a vacuum hose come off or a broken line. Look for the little black lines around the throttle body, and if you use your ears you can find where that sucking noise is coming from. Pretty well bound to be the answer.
