Hi guys,
Just to let you know that I phoned AA gaskets in Melbourne to give them an earful about Turbo 2 gasket sets not being available to buy in Oz. The chap said I could go to Bursons Auto Parts and order the sets (V2028KC and EN241) so I did and am still waiting. Will post another message when and if I am successful. I didn't get a price, so they still might be cheaper through BigElboe !! Hope to be able to post another (happy) message soon. The chap at AA gaskets did tell me they had run out of the top end sets due to some fellow in Kiwiland ordering quite a few sets recently, hehe. !!? cheers for now. :D

Gaskets in hand !!

Postby Daisy » Fri Mar 30, 2007 12:21 pm

Hello Turbocab,
I am happy to report that the Bursons here in Melbourne were able to get me the two gasket sets (VK2028KC and EN241 !!) :D . But my wallet really got stung  I had to wait about three weeks. Just over $400 !!! So might still be better to get them through our good friend BigElboe from NZ. I should have asked the price first and compared with the sets from Kiwiland. Oh well, still nice to know that they can be obtained here in Downunda !! Happy Turbo-ing !! Daisy

Seems a much better price in NZ for the gasket sets, if one has the time to wait for shipping back to Oz, definitely go the BigElboe route !!! cheers for now, and thanks for helping us over here, BigElboe !! Daisy :D

Hey guys, They have to make some more head sets so you'll have to wait till the end of the month if you want some gaskets.

Im getting sooo confused about who is who, 'cause everyone uses their real names when they email me and I cant connect them to usernames.

I presume you are Glen proT? If so then yes I did, and they had one more head set in stock so thats Glen's, your's if thats you  ('cause he was in first)
