T2 bumper on proT

Postby whitecity » Mon Feb 05, 2007 10:15 pm

Not sure if this has been done or whether it's possible..

has anyone ever fitted a T2 front bumper on to a proT? by the looks of it, it wont fit, has anyone tried modify it to fit?

just a thought :)

Thats a T1 bumper. it will bolt straight on if you can find one. because the T1 has no flared gards they made a sporty looking one just a little bit shorter.

i see. thanks for clearing that up, so thats a T1 bumper.

by looking at it.. its really hard to distinguish between T1 & T2 bumpers, has anyone had a close comparison of the 2?

so T2 bumper will not fit T1 and proT without major modification or unless u have T2 guards?

thanks!

Its easy to tell the difference, a T2 bumper does not have the stripes and is colour coded to the car, and has the numberplate on the left and not in the center.

a t2 bumper would look really crappy... T1 and proT are same width, so it won't look silly.
