Postby Hyperblade » Sun Aug 05, 2007 5:26 pm

Big thanks to Turbocab for sending the dvd with them on to me.

I've put it on the pc then chopped it up so that you only download the bits you want.

http://gtr2.blackdragon.co.nz/Videos/T2R_Racing.avi 231 mb 30 mins of just T2R racing and features some big crashes!

http://gtr2.blackdragon.co.nz/Videos/T1R_racing.avi 16mb - The predecessor to the T2R's

http://gtr2.blackdragon.co.nz/Videos/T2R_GTI_Advert.avi 7.5mb - Special one advertising GTI tapes, using there GTI sponsored T2R.

http://gtr2.blackdragon.co.nz/Videos/Honda_city_Adverts.avi 59mb - All

http://gtr2.blackdragon.co.nz/Videos/Honda_City_Meet.avi 103mb - Features lots of cities.

I'm now currently looking at options to host them online for you guys, i don't really want to torrent them as i don't have much cap available.

So if you have any suggestions please do mention them, so i can get the vids up for everyone to enjoy!

I have been thinking about how to host them aswell, If you encode the first one in divx you should be able to get it down to about 150meg and still have good quality. Maybe we should look at rapidshare.com

Yeah that crash is insane. You can tell how light they are from them just flying around. Not a stable recipie having such grippy tyres and a reasonably high CoG and then going sideways :P

I've uploaded everything except the honda city ads, which i will do tonight.

I'm currently planning on hosting them on my site, and ill post the links to the files tonight.

Hopefully it doesn't get hammered to much. If it does ill just pull the vids until the next month.

I've put the links in the initial post.

Technically i pay for unlimited bandwidth, but i'm sure its just like our isp's over here where what they say is different from what they provide.

Should be pretty quick downloads.

Wouldn't the point of commercials be that they want people to see them?

Yeah we did.

If he wants to complain again he will have to send my host an infringement notice.

The versions that we used to link to were so small and of such crap quality, these ones are much bigger, and ffs its 20 years on, we aren't excatly hurting there sales by hosting them...

And if i legally have to take them down, ill find some where else to host them.

Thanks Hyperblade for hosting those racing videos of the City Turbo. They are interesting to watch. I have not been on this site for quite some time. Thanks for hosting them it was a real treat to download them.
