MECHANICAL HELP NEEDED IN MELBOURNE

Hi Guys,
To cut a long story short I just bought a T2 from a fellow forum user that is let us say a little worse than advertised(thats another story)

I live In NSW near Canberra and drove to Melbourne to pick it up. The plan was to drive it back but sadly the car was not running and I was unable to work out what the problem was.

My question is:

Is there anybody in Melbourne who could suggest a good Mechanic I could get to have a look at the car?

It is currently located at my sisters house in Forest Hill and I really need to get it fixed in the next couple of weeks as it is blocking her drive way

If there is anyone out there who knows of a good mechanic near by or someone that would like to earn a few extra dollars having a look at it could they let me know?

When i had a 1g civic with T2 conversion, i took it to Ward While motors in Box Hill. Ask for Graheme he is a honda specialist and worked for honda for years. He was the only mechanic i met who knew how to work on a t2 or for that matter knew what one is. Fairly priced too.

Hi guys, Thanks for your replies, I actually ended up having it towed to a mechanic near forest hill (nunawading)

I'm not convinced the guy knows that much about cities as he has had it there for a while without being able to work out the problem.

Will keep these suggestions in mind
