hiacheck to see if its conected behind the speedo also check gearbox end as well if they conected and still doent work make shure the cable itself hasnt broken,if it has i might have a spare one or if your handy near a pick a part yard one from a normal city should do the job,i dont think repco ect would sell them new but could be worth a try.

been a while since i pulled one apart but i think theres some screws around the speedo cover remove these and one black peice should come off now you should have access to the mounting points of the speedo unit itself, from memory theres 4 screws holding it in take these out and you should be ale to move it outward speedo cable just unclips of the back of the unit should take around 15min or so if the cable is ok it could be the unit where the cable goes into,if so i have a spare here as well good luck :)

cheers pete.
