Replacement Radiator?

Postby ProT » Mon Nov 16, 2009 6:12 am

OK, my T1 racer progresses slowly.

I spotted these and while the are slightly smaller, I was wondering if they would be a suitable replacement on the City.

I know it will require a different radiator hose on the bottom and I will have to make up custom brackets to fit it and I was already planning on a replacement fan.

Just curious on other peoples thoughts about this.

yeh i have one of those lurking here, i always thought it would be a good fit.

I have to say after abusing my city the standard raditor seems to do very well, i cant hardly get it to rise over standard surprisingly..

Cheers

T2 radiators are the same as T1 apart from the header tank, the T2 Racers ran the stock T2 standard radiator, so they should be fine for racing.

I see no reason why you would replace it, just another extra cost.

Thanks for the feedback.

Any advise that reduces unnecessary expenditure is much appreciated.

:D
