T1 City turbo, top end knock?

Hey guys im looking at buying a city turbo this weekend, it has a bit of a knock coming from the top end, the owner has told me its the cam wearing through the hardening, would this be considered a serious problem? it seemed to be intermittent so im going to see if i can take it for a decent test drive with some more oil in it tomorrow and go from there, how much of a mission am going to have finding a replacement cam and rocker gear to match in good condition? and what am i looking at price wise?

Is there any other options to fix this issue?

Cam re-grind cost me $150 + postage.
Didnt need to touch the rocker gear since I dealt with it before it was a problem.

Was wearing down from old oil which had lots of carbon in it from bad turbo seals.

Hi, I just had cam and all rockers rebuilt and reground by Kelford in Christchurch, was around the $600 mark, but all of mine were well and truly rooted.
