Similarities with the EK Series?

Hey guys, I'm from the States but have a RHD SN Prelude thats currently the only imported in the US. I'm a huge research nut and most everyone over here thinks I'm just crazy with collecting manuals and other oddities but I've been recently intrigued by the Honda City ER series engines and was wondering if there's parts that will carry over to the EK 1.8l series. Reason being is that the heads looks extremely similar on the basic city ER engines but the block being different of course. Do the manifolds from the T1 or T2 fit the later EK series by chance?

City turbo manifolds will fit the EK heads that have 4 exhaust ports. The only thing missing is the small cutout for the injectors, but a quick black with a die grinder would fix that.
