What are the stock injector T2 flow rates?

What are the stock injector T2 flow rates?

My t2 is running lean and I think it's either a clogged injector or a dirty fuel filter, but I wanted to pull the injectors and have them cleaned and checked.

Yep and just change the fuel filter first as its easier than pulling the injectors out to test,

How do you know it is running lean? have a wideband AF hooked up?
