help needed please

my turbo 2 wont go... fuel pump is not working. i have worked out there is no voltage getting to the fuel pump. have checked the wire by the drivers seat too and still no voltage on that wire. changed main replay all still no go. need some help please guys. maybe someone can email me a workshop manual as the one on this site if forbidden for some reason when trying to access it

I assume you have checked all the fuses?

Re-solder your main relay, you might have two faulty ones.
