Can anyone tell me what goes here on my T1 engine?

Hi All,
I have a T1 that seems to be missing something from the end of the red casting that says pgm-FI. In the pic below it is where the brass fitting is. The brass fitting does not look correct to me - looks like something from bunnings.

When I drove it home, it suddenly lost power and after checking - the plug that they had whacked over that fitting had blown out so no boost (I think)...

Anyhow, I have put a WTB in the classies but just hoping someone can tell me what should be there or show me a picture of an original setup so I can narrow down the search.

Normally there is no hole there, so it looks like someone has added the fitting (i'm guessing to connect up a blow off valve) by making a hole.

Best option is to find something to block the fitting with.

Edit: just looked at the workshop manual, it does show a fitting there but not enough detail to make out.

Either way it should be blocked.

There is a frost plug thing there normally, Have a spare one at my nana's in storage if you wanted me to try dig it up.

Brass fitting isnt factory and my guess would be for a BOV since one would fit there perfectly.
