Hi all,
After a looooooong absence, I'm back and getting work done on my beast T2. Currently looking at shocks and want to know if anyone has fitted anything radical to their Citys? My mechanic has proposed upside down Bilsteins inside a custom coil-over. Probably gonna cost about $1,000 per corner ($800 per shock, plus fabrication) I know the N1 racers had Bilsteins, but don't know the model. Adapting some racing 175lb springs, which should be ok. Rear setup shouldn't be too much of a problem as there's more room to play with.
Shocks and springs

Welcome back!
I just looked back to your last post, 8 years ago!
Makes me realise how long I've had my car for!
There really is only a couple of people going to be able to answer your questions on the suspension!
James would be the main one

See his thread here for his custom suspension
