TURBO BRAKES

Well I went & sent off my T2 booster & master cylinder for a rebuild, as well as the booster from the Turbo 1 at the only joint in WA that does such things, & now have a bill of $1010. SO currently scouring the web for any other options. Been told 1985 prelude boosters should bolt up..found a place in NZ that has new mc's for $95 but dunno if they have boosters to suit...any ideas? Really don't want to shell out $1010....
