Hi guys and girls! just a quick question, i know you can buy tow bars for citys, but dose any one know the max tow weight for a city? more accurately the T2?

Ive been looking at some tear drop campers made for the original mini and weighting in as light as 130kgs, made from fiberglass etc.

so any info would be great cheers!

My T2 has a towball on it, came with the car from QLD. Might have a weight loading stamped on it. Most I've 'towed' is a towball bike clamp rack with a mountainbike on it, so a whooping 20kg at most :p

130 kegs should be fine just be careful with the clutch if you go any heavier

mmm interesting, i will have to do my research! or maybe i should just take a tent instead!
