Any turbos out there?

Hey guys, 95% sure that I've blown my turbo. It cuts out at 4500 rpm and starts backfiring out of the turbo, and the turbo has lots of play in it. So yeah back to the question, anyone know where to find a Factory City turbo? also what are the options for aftermarket turbos? Are there any manifolds out there to fit other turbos or does any turbo conversion require a custom manifold?
