new city owner (Jazz in europe)

Hello and greetings from Finland. I just bought myself a 1985 Jazz. Not a turbo, cause there are none in here. 1200cc n/a engine. I have questions about parts and other things about the car. And its gonna be a stripped road car, cause the body is beyond making it to original conditions.
I wanna know does a civic s.wheel adapter fit to a city?
I am thinking about swapping a d13 engine (can't put larger because Finland, and I plan to keep it street legal) and the CV axles are causing headache. Swap the front steering knuckles to civic ones?
If I keep the original engine, where can I find a water pump to the engine?
Lower ball joints, does a civic ones fit? I'm thinking about swapping a civic front end parts like the c.arms, knuckles, upper control arms, shocks because I can't find anything for the city.
