HELP - photo of white city/jazz (n/a)

Can anyone help me with a photo of his or her back (trunk) of the city/jazz (n/a) Without license plate
so with the license plate lights on the trunk en and NOT on the rear bumper.
need it just to get mine passed customs in Belgium
You can be sure I win't abuse it.
I don't have the license plate lights from the turbo version yet to get it passed.
