Honda City Turbo II - the First in Germany

Hello my name is Paul Antonius Roesing.
I am living in Germany, cologne and I am studying Media communication.
My family owns a workshop for classic cars. have a look: http://www.radius-garage.de/
My Brother and me imported a very rare City Turbo II "Bulldog" from 1983 (White) from USA.
Mostly of his time he was located in CA, San diego in a Museum for car classics.
The previews owner said something with the electric of the engine is not working.
So our main question is if someone got a circuit diagram of the Turbo 2 electric???
Also someone here or someone who knows someone who also owns a Turbo 2 in europe?
